However, the fact is I don’t believe it is sufficient for exclusive pumping. If you are someone who knows you respond better to less powerful pumps like the Medela Freestyle Flex pump, and have exclusively pumped with pumps with a similar motor life/power, then it could work well for you.It is a one-hour pre-set programme that consists of 20 minutes of pumping, a 10-minute pause, 10 minutes of pumping, another 10-minute pause, and finally, 10 minutes of pumping. First things first, y’all, this thing has a power pump cycle, like what!?🙀 As a milk donor, I rely on a lot of power pumping. Typically 3-4xs a week. Guess what I forget a LOT during those times? Where in the power pump cycle I am. Not anymore! This pump takes all guess work out of power pumping, all YOU do is press a button! When you press the button with the droplets on it (3 on top, 2 underneath) it changes to expression mode, signaled by 2 droplets. Adjust settings At the end of each pumping interval, the breast pump will beep, & the 10-minute pause period begins. At the end of the pause the breast pump beeps again, you then need to activate the Power Pumping again by pressing the power pumping button to continue the programme. Power pumping is a method recommended by health care experts to increase the amount of milk and to stabilize fluctuating amounts of milk.

Double or Single Pumping?– when Power Pumping if possible it is better to double pump, it may also help to use a special pumping bra or you can make yourself with an old bra. it’s fairly quiet. I mean, it’s not silent, but compared with some other pumps it’s much quieter.
