About this deal

Working with me will flip all of this on its head so you can lead a more confident, happier life with clarity, self-belief and a sense of calm. Success criteria: I know I am not exactly the same as you, I know we all have differences, I can think of ways everyone can join in Starter: What clues does the book cover give to this story? What’s more, you can smell and taste and listen and look, or ‘ make up a story, or read from a book‘! Use in the classroom: This book can be used in the classroom by me giving them a scenario and then they pick out of the ten what would work best for that scenario.

However, after listening to Liz Pemberton speaking at a conference I attended in 2022, I asked her advice on improving the plan. They would also only drop off a case of books and leave us to run it – it was so lovely to have you on hand to chat to the children and recommend them books, as well as the small (but appreciated! For kindergarten children, this is an excellent book to let children know how great they are as a person. Bookwagon loves and recommends Incredible You to our readers, for sharing, reciting, knowing, gifting and loving. This picture book brings a breath of fresh air for young children, filled with positivity, zest, and energy.

I learned that you shouldn't dwell in the past, but you should take charge in the present and do your best, even if others don't recognize or acknowledge it. you might want to be someone other than you …” and finishes with “so there’s only one thing that I’d like you to do and that’s never stop wanting to be incredible you! What’s more, if you were a fish, you’d eat seaweed, which would seem as delicious as ‘blueberry pie’.Topics include: Share the Good, Find What you Love, You are Filled with Love, Find a Quiet place inside, Make Today Great, Change your Thoughts to Good, Take Care of Yourself, Picture What you Want, Everyone is Special, Especially You, Good thoughts give you energy. Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example. This experience has been fantastic primarily for the children, the school and also for me (professionally). We find ourselves so busy looking after everybody else, we forget to look after our own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. By being kind to yourself, by pausing for breath and investing some time in you, you will get so much more out of your relationships.

My favorite part is Chapter 6 when the little girl is praying next to her bed for her lost ferret to be found. I decided I wanted to really understand why we think the way we do, what holds us back, what stops us living our best life, what triggers negative emotions in us and importantly what tools and techniques have the most impact to help people change their patterns of behaviour that aren’t serving them well. Followup discussion should be included to invite kids to share their own experiences, thoughts and questions. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally you ran everything. A nice children's book about ways to make your life more positive: do what you love, have a quiet place, make today great, dream, know everyone is special, have positive thoughts, etc.I truly believe that every child is filled with love, they just need to bring it out and use it for good! There was just the right amount of choice to suit everyone without being overwhelming and I received comments from parents and staff about the quality of books offered compared to previous sales which have always been based around current crazes and well known celebrity authors. Any opinions in the examples do not represent the opinion of the Cambridge Dictionary editors or of Cambridge University Press or its licensors. Rhys Brisenden’s positive rhyming text alongside Nathan Reed’s brilliant, entertaining pictures implore us to realise our own uniqueness, the wonder of being ourselves.

I would use this book in the classroom as an encouragement book to help children to succeed when they are struggling or just want to know how incredible they are.I think its greatest appeal resides in its 10 easy to understand lessons, much like the human hand, I remind my 3-year old with brilliant illustrations by Melanie Siegel that are large [takes up the whole page], colorful, and offer a flair of whimsical creativity. Dyer is an uplifting book that uses simple rhymes to help children learn about loving themselves and being happy. To the outside world we can look as though we are coping amazingly but inside, we constantly criticise ourselves, don’t think we’re good enough or just feel exhausted.
