About this deal

The cell installs in the normal direction – positive end toward the head. Below is an Eneloop AAA NiMH cell installed. The build quality is really good. Although you can unscrew the tailcap (nothing is glued) you are not supposed to do that. And even if you unscrew the tailcap, you won’t be able to insert a battery, because that can only be done from the front. The threads are very solid, and screwing the parts together feels really nice.. lol.. If you ever feel how titanium flashlights unscrew, you will love how smooth this one unscrews. One of the updates on this ReyLight Pineapple Mini Seigaiha flashlight in titanium is that the light now uses a Nichia 519a. My brass Pineapple Mini uses a Nichia 219b, so it’s not bad at all. But I’d still call this 519a version an upgrade. All output numbers are relative for my home-made Integrating Sphere. It is set up with an Extech SDL400 Lux Meter for measurements including a Kenko PRO1D ND-16 filter. The base measurement is done with a Convoy S2+ that has been tested at 255 lumens. Mode

b. 2 blinks: mode memory on-off toggle (default off). Press the button during the two blinks or during the strobe after to turn mode memory on. Repeat to turn mode memory off. That’s not tritium, that’s turboglow which doesn’t work great there, but Tritium is hard to come by right now.Stable circuit】 This flashlight is designed with Nichia 219B sw45k LED lighting circuit, and the stable chip is the characteristic of this product in the case of striving for higher lighting demand. At the same time the product's long standby time is also great performance.

I didn’t even bother to test the lowest 2 modes, but I assume they would run for many many hours. This is a specialty flashlight and designed for its appearance and not for the output. High mode drops to roughly 15-17 lumens within 1 minute. I wished for a longer output in high mode. Throw MeasurementCertain waterproof function】Itself has a certain waterproof Function in the rain is also very good performance. Now, more than 8 years later, Rey has his own lineup of flashlights, including the Reylight Pineapple Mini, which is available in several materials, including brass, titanium, and timascus. The one I’m reviewing is the stonewashed Titanium version. Do more with less and elevate your EDC with the ReyLight Pineapple Ti Mini, available at the link below.

The length makes it much better to hold, and you get the added bonus of a tail switch on the light (with a tritium slot). That’s a huge win for a small light — the weight and diameter is what typically makes or breaks a light for carry, not the length. So while it is long, it’s not too long.

When you start using the light, you’ll be surprised by the output. The mild orange peel on the reflector does a good job offering a nice all around beam shape — wide enough to walk with the light, but focused enough to get some throw out of it. It’s a good balance and I am a fan. Reylight even added a glow in the dark o-ring right at the lens, which is a nice add. It doesn’t glow very bright or for very long, but if you turn off the light and happen to fumble it while putting it away in the dark, you’ll likely see that glow to find it again. By default, it comes with a 4-mode group. Moon, low, medium, and high. But if you want to use a different user interface, you can choose between 4. See for the explanation at the bottom of this paragraph. Using single AAA battery, max 90 lumens, or 10440 Li-ion battery, max 240 lumens. Flat top, UNPROTECTED 10440 battery suggested. Some button-top batteries may also work, but some brands make the button to long which might cause a problem. All output numbers are relative for my home-made Integrating Sphere. It is set up with an Extech SDL400 Lux Meter for measurements including a Kenko PRO1D ND-16 filter. The base measurement is done with a Convoy S2+ that has been tested at 255 lumens and 265 lumens (I now use 2 integrating sphere, so I can do more runtime tests at the same time. And 1 is with an ND filter for high power flashlights, and the other without so it can measure low output. ) Battery Compatibility】 The flashlight uses AAA/10440 two kinds of battery solutions, respectively, for different occasions, when using AAA lumens can reach 90 lumens, when using 10440 li-ion battery up to 240 lumens.
