It was a brilliant, insightful, practical presentation, dealing with mind related matters that every person alive on this planet would do well do incorporate into their lives. The reason I only gave this 3 stars was because it was both very repetitive, felt at times like an infomercial for her app and her other books, and took way too long before she got to the five simple steps.

And when we experience challenges or toxic thoughts, these changes harm our mental and physical health.

She currently teaches globally at conferences and churches and to secular audiences on these topics. Her passion is to help people see the power of the mind and the link between science and God as a tangible way of controlling their thoughts and emotions, learning how to think and learn and finding their sense of purpose in life.
