Regarding the incubation of the cells with the lower nanoparticle concentration of 50 μg mL −1, no significant variations were observed in the fluorescence peaks corresponding to the bare UnTHCPSi nanoparticles, when compared to the respective controls. In contrast, the fluorescent intensity of the cells incubated with UnTHCPSi–HA + was considerably higher than that with bare UnTHCPSi, particularly in the case of MDA-MB-231. Furthermore, when incubated with bare UnTHCPSi nanoparticles at the concentration of 100 μg mL −1, both cells exhibited a similar trend in the fluorescence intensity enhancement compared to the controls. Following the conjugation of HA + onto the surface of the UnTHCPSi nanoparticles, the fluorescence signal experienced a significant increase of 29.5 and 8.3-fold for MDA-MB-231, as well as 4.9 and 1.8-fold for MCF-7 cells, compared to their negative controls and bare nanoparticle counterparts, respectively. However, in contrast to the bare UnTHCPSi and in agreement with the results obtained for the lower nanoparticle concentration, the amplification of the fluorescence signal was extensively higher for MDA-MB-231 cells.

You start off as a basic Bimbo and to level up you need to finish tasks involving cliché bimbo stuffs such as getting a hot (or, sometimes, a sugar daddy) boyfriend (whose name is a pun on famous celebrities such as Leonardo DiCarpaccio, Will Snif or George Cloned) or ditching him, getting plastic surgery (mainly breast augmentation/reduction, lip injections or rhinoplasty), going to the spa for treatments (tanning or exfoliation, depending on the level) or makeup, go shopping, get an haircut etc. To finish these tasks you need money (aka "bimbos d'or"). You can get these bimbos d'or through your Bimbo's job (you get access to new jobs every time you level up), doing games (completing puzzles or through a scratch card game) or by purchasing credits at the store.
