The enduring worth of this book lies in its ability to engage readers personally and offer insights that transcend the boundaries of business to encompass broader life lessons. The essence of Bartlett's book lies in the "33 laws," a collection of succinct and invaluable rules distilled from his life experiences. These laws span an extensive spectrum, covering success, happiness, leadership, and decision-making.I've given this one four stars but could easily have been 3 stars. Overall, I enjoyed reading the book. It's well written and well organised, and if you're a fan of the Diary of a CEO podcast, then the themes will feel familiar. Is new always better? Instead of always chasing the newest thing, is there not a way that you can appreciate the people and possessions already in your life? There are parts of the book I'll take away and use and other parts not so much, the laws are broken down to their absolute basic form and are not particularly detailed in evidence but do have a story of their application. Valuable lessons about the importance of following a different and unconventional path to power.” Robert Greene
